We loved the room, which is very well appointed. We also enjoyed the 5 pools one of which is heated. The beach is also very good. There is also a small swimming lagoon too with lifeguards on duty. The restaurant food is amazing and well worth staying for. Great wine selection. We had breakfast on our patio each morning and ate lunch and dinner in the restaurant. Good wine selection and amazing gins! The security is good, we arrived at the train station and had arranged a transfer. When we left we were able to use UBxx by booking in advance. However there is parking available. It’s very close to Alberobello, Locorotondo and Ostuni. I had a very good massage organised by the hotel on the patio by our room. Would go again!

Excellent breakfast with beautiful views of the sea/coast. The room was very well appointed & very comfortable & clean. The main pool is lovely & large & clean.

We we left a little confused about the other numerous pools (other then the main pool) - I think this area needs a rethink.

The location is beautiful right on the sea front, the restaurant food was delicious.

This is not a 5* hotel, nothing from the service to the facilities was of 5* quality. There is no gym facility, no room service, the pools are not heated so they are not useable. No spa facilities, there is one sauna which you have to book in advance to use. The restaurant is only available for their tasting menu (€120pp+) which means there's no other food options on site after breakfast. The "pool view" rooms do not have a pool view, they are tucked away in a corner with no ability to see the view from the room. There is noone offering drinks by the pool. The concierge wasn't able to give us any guidance of things to see or do on our trip, when I asked about Alberobello I was given basic information, they didn't tell us that we were visiting on the weekend of a major religious festival in the town. Basic things you would expect from a 5* were not available, like face cloths in the bathroom. The restaurant decor is so sparse that it feels like you're at a canteen on the beachfront, not helped by Greenday blasting over the speakers during breakfast. The ambiance of a luxury hotel is completely missing, I wouldn't recommend at all for the price.
