I liked the location, ambiance, and feel; the first-floor room we stayed in; the small goldfish ponds; the front-desk service; and the staff's overall attitude.
Nothing much... well, coffee cups could be a little bigger - to avoid bothering the personnel by requesting extra ones! Do they mostly speak Spanish? Well, they are in a Spanish-speaking country, so why not? I tried my best with my elementary Spanish, and they actually had an English-speaking person who was very helpful.

The location is very central, within walking distance of all the major attractions: historical center, dining, museums.
The property is very nice. The only thing was not great sound insulation. My neighbors were early birds and had breakfast just outside my room. Now I know all they gossiped about.

Location was what we were looking for. The place was clean and everybody was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was pleasant and brought to our room. Only on chair though.
It was very small, stuffy because the room did not have a Window, and noisy because the door was thin and did not close properly. We could hear other guest talking loudly in front of our door late at night, and a party in a square close to the hotel.
