All of the staff were lovely I cannot complain about a single element of their service. It was our honeymoon and they left a lovely note to us in our room. The hotel is beautiful and the sunrises from the private beach made it for us - absolutely stunning. Really good breakfast selection, and lots of different seating areas around the resort with views of the sea.

The resort was extremely quiet and relaxed. There was no music playing anywhere, no entertainment, and was a bit too quiet for us. For some this would be ideal but we enjoy a couple drinks and listening to a bit of music and this wasn’t the place for that. It is also worth knowing that the drinks are quite expensive, we paid €40 for 2 drinks round the pool which took us by surprise. The Puntaldia resort village the hotel is in has a lovely marina but the supermarket and pharmacy were both closed which made even wanting things like water for the room, painkillers etc difficult as there is no where in walking distance. We were really surprised at the cost of taxis, San Teodoro was 15 minutes away and it cost us €55 each way and the 20 minute taxi from airport was €90. Whilst much of this isn’t the resorts fault these are things we wish we knew before we stayed as we spent quite a lot of money and were shocked at how few amenities were nearby and I wish I’d known this would be the case.
