Hotel Interburgo Exco

Beautiful convention/business hotel and very convenient to EXCO. We stayed 10 nights as we were attending an athletic event and visiting tourist sites. While it wasn't the best location for us, we loved staying there. Daegu is spread out and busy, but Uber/taxis were very easy to take and affordable. It was walkable to a few very nice coffee shops. and small restaurants (Recommend Joy's Chicken for Korean fried chicken). The hotel had a lovely and expansive buffet for all three meals, but it was pricey, even with the discount for staying there. The quality and variety were excellent. We enjoyed eating there a couple of times. but we prefer lighter meals, so we did not feel it was a value for us. We met friends at the Korean restaurant on the top floor a couple of evenings and the food, service and atmosphere were excellent. Special note: The hotel staff was very gracious and accommodating when we had an issue with our room. The hotel was very full, but thankfully they were able to move us quickly to a new upgraded room. We loved our room and the bed and furnishings were very comfortable. It was also at the front of the hotel so best for us since it didn't get the full afternoon sun.

The pool area is beautiful but did not get much use as there was a fee to enter, a fee for a chair or lounge, a fee for a towel, etc. It is a big investment if you just want to go out there for a short time or sit with friends by the pool.

The lobby and rooms are stunning. I had read reviews that people found it dated but maybe we stayed in newly rennovated rooms because our room was modern and beautiful. Loved the bath, loved the big comfortable bed and the decor. We ordered room service for a meal (kimchi fried rice I think) and it was large, delicious and presented beautifully. We were there to attend a show at the convention centre and it was just across the road, however there were also restaurants, shopping malls and cafes nearby to keep you busy. Highly recommend if you are in Daegu

직원들이 친절하심. 방음이 안 되는 것 같으나 주변 객실에 손님이 없었는지 조용했음.

타호텔 5성급과 비교됨. 샤워부스에 머리카락 있었음. 위치가 외곽쪽이었는지 주변에 음식점 갈만한 데가 없음. 방음이 안 돼 복도에서 얘기하는 소리 다 들림.
