The bed was very comfortable, the AC works perfectly and there is a hot water in the shower , Adam on the reception was very kind and helpful, he booked some of the tours for us for a very good prices , also helped me out with booking shuttle van to the railway station, big plus is that he speaks fluent English as well
The front door on the room and on the balcony needs to be updated but was not a problem for me

Great location with excellent staff. The boss Adam is knowledgeable and happy to help you find places to visit. Breakfast was good and a good way to start the day. It is a one minute walk to many of the bars and restaurants also the morning parade of Monks is very close.
I liked everything.

Adam was a very attentive host who was always there to ensure that what we required we received. The room was large with a lovely balcony looking out onto the river and for watching the activities on the river during the boat races and celebrations.
