Lokalizacja świetna. Personel bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Szeroki wybór potraw, bardzo smacznych. Stały dostęp do świeżych owoców, wody, słodyczy.
Skomplikowany układ hotelu. W pierwszych dniach ciągle się gubiliśmy. Konieczność korzystania z czepków na basenie, które spadały podczas zabawy w wodzie. Zbyt duże porcje jedzenia serwowane przez personel. Niestety dostęp do ciepłych napojów tylko podczas śniadań.

Very good location, directly at the beginning of a cable car to go on the slopes. The parking is covered. Varied and abundant food, on average of good quality. Enough space in the room to store our stuff. Well functioning shower. Shops located next to the hotel, without the need to go outside.
Some aspects of the room may be (also easily) improved. There was only one small chair, not very comfortable. The heating was too high, we had to open a bit the window all the time. Not much space in the bathroom to put our stuff. Only one glass for the three of us. I asked for two more, without getting them. No soap next to the bidet. The locker for the ski boots was not heated.
