Well presented, Excellent and friendly staff.
Lighting in room is poor, even with all lights on. Unable to complete any detailed tasks unless sitting directly next to bedside light. Need some brighter lamps.

Beautiful place . Only opened a year ago . The room we got was big and spacious. Very comfortable beds . Very friendly staff can’t do enough for you.

Great location staff were lovely but by 3.30pm rooms had still not been cleaned! Check in at 3pm!
When we came back that night neither of our keys worked so had to get a new one!
When we ate in the bar and asked to put bill on room there was no record of us in the hotel ???? So we just paid cash as the girl was upset.
The hotel didn’t seem to be managed very well

The room I was given, the bath still had the previous guests used mat in it and had hairs and dirt under it, the sink had hair and toothpaste in it and the toilet had brown stains! I requested a new room I was moved to a suite, the bathroom wasn’t as dirty as the 1st room but still wasn’t up to standard. Sink wasn’t clean, shower gel empty and there was a big bug that someone had killed on the wall and it was still there. The rooms seemed clean but the bathrooms were disgraceful.
