Our stay was nothing short of perfect. From the beautiful atmosphere and stunning location to the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel, everything exceeded our expectations. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the incredible staff. It is difficult to mention everyone by name because every single member of the team contributed to making our experience so special. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care were evident throughout our entire stay. A special thank you goes to Melisa and Ivana at the Wellness Spa, who gave us one of the best massage experiences we’ve ever had. It was incredibly relaxing and a true highlight of our vacation. We would also like to thank Giorgios and Chryssa, who looked after us during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Their friendly service and attention to detail made every meal a pleasure. To everyone else whose names we unfortunately can’t remember—thank you. You are all outstanding professionals, and your dedication did not go unnoticed. Finally, the pool area was exceptionally well maintained, always spotless, and a wonderful place to relax. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

The only negative experience we had at the hotel was with the photographers who kept taking pictures of you without asking for permission and without letting you know about the prices and conditions beforehand. For such a nice hotel, tourists traps like these were a bit disappointing.

The staffs are all very helpful and welcoming. You immediately in the holiday mood with them. Quite area more exclusive experience. The public beach is only 3 mins walk.

Bed is slightly harder than what we are used to. But it’s just our preference.

The overall hotel was lovely, the room was nice, and staff were mainly very friendly; shout out to the bar man and Giorgios. The food at dinner was delicious, though can get repetitive if you stay for over a week.

We went to this hotel to celebrate our marriage. Though we did not expect anything from the hotel, we were a bit upset that no effort was made to acknowledge our newlywed status, which made us feel that the hotel is not the premium status it claims. There were not enough sun loungers which were in the sun, people would reserve a lounger very early in the morning. Also note that they do not have a part of the beach either so you would need to pay someone else on the beach to use their sun loungers. The BIO restaurant is overly hyped to be a special restaurant, however the experience was not better than the main restaurant, which left us disappointed. The live music in the evenings was particularly bad. And the "DJ" on Sunday was awfully loud... Our room was two floors underneath the gym and we could still hear people de-racking the barbell which is not great either
