On arrival we had to wait 20 mins for the host to give us the keys and enter the property - even though we arrived in the one-hour time slot we provided in advance. It was too hot in the property and was not possible to adjust the temperature in the apartment. Additional charges (bedlinen fee and city tax) were not clearly displayed when making the booking - ended up paying more than expected. Hairdryer did not work. WIFI was unreliable.

The location, the rooms, the beds were great. Big balcony, free parking. The grocery stores are close by car. The biggest deal was the summer Schladming card! That was great!

No spices, no salt and sugar... And for 4 pepole for 5 nights only 2 rolls toaletpapier. In the 21st century... Omg...
