Die Wohnung hat eine top Lage direkt im Zentrum – die Tiefgarage ist top, da es kaum Parkplätze in der Umgebung gibt. Die Ausstattung ist gut – es ist alles vorhanden, was man in der Küche benötigt. Das Bad hat eine schöne große Dusche und alles ist sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Balkon ist zwar klein, aber für zwei Stühle und einen kleinen Tisch hat es völlig ausgereicht.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben der Kirche, deren Kirchturm jede Viertelstunde bimmelt und die vollen Stunden – und das auch die ganze Nacht. Man sollte es einfach wissen, denn es beeinträchtigt schon den Schlaf.

The apartment is situated close to the beach and the restaurants and bars. There is a supermarket about 100m away. It has underground parking which is great, because you can't park in the street. The kitchen is well-equipped, it even has a washing machine, and there are chairs, a table and a clothes horse on the balcony. The bed in my room was comfortable, although my son said that the bed in his room was a little hard.

Although the bedrooms have fans, it can be too hot too sleep in the evenings. The sun is on the living room and bedroom windows in the afternoon and evening. To control the heat, you should close the blinds on the bedrooms and draw the curtains in the living room. In the evenings, we made the most of the breeze by keeping the doors to the balcony open. If there were airco units in the bedrooms, they would have made sleeping easier. The apartment is right next to a church with a clock tower. The clock strikes once (15 minutes), twice (30 minutes), three times (45 minutes) and four times (on the hour) followed by the number of strikes for the hour. Then, about 2 minutes later, for some inexplicable reason, it stikes for the hour again. So, at midnight, you get 4 strikes for the completed hour + 12 strikes for midnight +, 2 minutes later, another 12 strikes for midnight. Having said that, it didn't disturb the sleep of my son and me at all because one's body knew what to expect and ignored the sound.
