Hotel Osel

Everything was excellent! Staff were very nice and helpful! The property is very good!

The rooms were clean, the facilities were great. The view was gorgeous.

1. During checkout, the staff charged us for extra bed when there was no extra bed provided. Even after confirming with the hotel beforehand, we were charged. The checkout process escalated and the manager intervened after which things were sorted. Did not like the check out process. 2. The breakfast was included at part of the package. However, in the breakfast menu, certain items that were listed under the package were still charged creating a violation of what was being said vs. being actually there.

Amazing rooms and good location. Coffee shop and bar located in hotel too.

Hotel restaurant is only ok

Location was good, Staffs were cooperative. Breakfast was good.

Specifically Washroom shower.. it was not. Water pressure not good ☹️☹️☹️
