The location and the view was extraordinary. It was best when we were the only guests. You could only hear the cow bells and the water stream. The Lungau card saved us lots of money on lifts and swimming pools in the area.

When there were guests in the next room and used the water sink in the kitchen, our water sink made a really loud noice. It woke us up at 7am since the people next door woke up early. But it was really just a small flaw on otherwise a perfect stay.

Výhledy, možnost bydlení s pejskem, parádní zahrada, milí majitelé, čisté ručníky. Dobře se spalo.

Méně vybavená kuchyně - málo nádobí, chybějící mikrovlnka, chybějící dveře do koupelny, chybějící mýdlo v koupelně.

Nice place, comfortable, very close to the ski resort. But — depending on the snow conditions, the 1.3 km narrow forest road to the lifts can easily become impassable. The road wasn’t sufficiently maintained, yet frequently used by the ski resort visitors — and so often getting jammed. Also, the road from the valley to the apartment can become tricky, but we certainly had fewer incidents with that one. For such situations it would be nice to have some emergency service from the owner (if you don’t speak German, you’ll have difficulties to find yourself some help). Anyway, this was probably the only downside. Otherwise I’d certainly recommend the place.
