Furniture on the terrasse need renewal!

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Parking inside the property backyard.

Overall hygiene is on high level except few stains on the sofa in the living room. Clean it and everything will be just perfect.

The lady was already there waiting for us when we arrived.

There was not enough toilet paper and no dish soap to wash the dishes.

Apartment is fully equiped and on quiet location. Big rooms, balcony, 2 air conditions, 2 flat tv's, washing machine, kitchen with all appliances, wi-fi, ....there is absolutely no thing you could miss here. Parking is secured in private yard near entrance door. Perfect for family stay. We enjoyed our stay in Martika apartment very much.

The apartment was nice and we felt very comfortable staying there. The lady we met when we arrived was also very nice and patient.

Very nice apartment perfectly located to visit the lake Balaton region. Private parking is a bonus

We stayed there for a week. Prefect place for a family with kids or for a big company. Especially if you have a car to move around as city centre and beaches are quite far from the apartment. The place is HUGE - two floors, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one huge living area. We really didn't expect. Very quite and comfortable. Kitchen is VERY well equipped, everything else in the house is clean and in a good condition. Shutters on all windows. Extra pillows and blankets are available. There is also a big terrace, playground, fire place in the yard. Kind and helpful hosts. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

The biggest issue that we had was with no Corvid preventive measurements whatsoever. The lady who met us and showed around the house was visibly sick. Yet she didn't wear a mask and wasn't bothered by it even after me and my mother put on our masks. There was also an issue to get invoice from her. There wasn't anything for disinfection either. So we had to buy everything on our own. Including soap as in one of the bathrooms the soap-dispenser was stuck. Also, because we were staying for more then one week and it was already cold, we would really appreciate extra set of towels. We couldn't wash ours as they just wouldn't dry in one day. Mosquito net in one room didn't work.
