Everything! The staff, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, location, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional.
Nothing at all. Everything was nice!

Lovely hotel in old style but very new

The price was right for this hotel. The staff was all very nice and helpful. The Suite was roomy and spacious. The location is on the main road to Zlatar
Beds were not so comfortable, the lighting in the bathroom was really weak and uncomfortable, the hotel's water boiler was probably off at night, so the water was cold early in the morning (around 6)

The location was wonderful, away from the city, up in the hills. It was clean and cozy. However, I'm lucky I had enough cash on hand to pay the bill. NO CREDIT CARDS for the hotel or the restaurant.
This is the first hotel I've every stayed at, ever, that did not take a credit card. CASH ONLY! This was never advertised in there write up. Breakfast was not served until 8:00.
