Great price, friendly staff, room had everything you need for a comfortable sleep for a night or two
Very little soundproofing between rooms. Aircon was a bit noisy.

Good location by Victoria station. The staff was extremely friendly and kind to both me and my child. The room had aircon and a good size tv with YouTube available to use
Room was quite small, but I believe they are targeted for professionals who are just looking for a place to stay. There was no space for storage besides putting the bags under the bed. But this might’ve been due to the room I booked so I can’t blame the hotel for that.
My son keeps saying how comfy the bed was and I agree with him! Although small the room was comfy

We left our luggage after checking out because we were leaving late that day, despite they charged us for it, we found one of our suitcases without a wheel. The person who returned them to us said it wasn’t there.
