Excellent hotel. All staff was incredibly friendly and well-mannered. Room was fabulous and seemed to have recently been renovated, with an incredible view of the lake. It was beautifully maintained by the house keeping staff. Dinner was a delicious 4 course meal each night, but you were able to request a different dish each day if the menu wasn't to your liking, and all the wait staff were wonderful. The bar staff and selection of drinks available were great too. The pool and hot-tub were lovely, and we never struggled to find a pool lounger to sit on. The hotel had a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. It was family friendly but had a calm atmosphere more akin to an adults-only hotel. Location is brilliant, Annecy town centre is easily accessible by bus, but there are also plenty of facilities within walking distance (beach, restaurants, kayak hire, paddleboarding, canyoning, paragliding, bike hire etc). We would so gladly stay in this hotel again!

The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us. We arrived very late and the staff had kindly prepared cold plates for us of delicious ham and cheese and salad and a desert. They were also very generous with their hospitality and catering. we were impressed with the quality of the room and beautiful pool and location.

It’s a really well appointed hotel in an excellent location. The food is exceptional. The pool is lovely. Short walk to the beach. 2 mins. Hotel provides beach towels.

Breakfast - Well presented selection of good standard, fresh products which were promptly replenished when needed. Plenty of seating both inside & outside on the garden terrace. All evening meals were excellent.

Perhaps a bit more choice of enening meal although we were offered an alternative course without fuss.

Beautiful place near the lake, good food and very nice people

He location is perfect for enjoying the lake view. The best part is dinner and breakfast are included and both of the two meals are delicious! We really enjoyed the dinner at room with lake view! The bed is super big and comfortable, the room is clean. We had good time there. The most important, pets are allowed!

The door lock was broken when we arrived, but staff helped us to solve it in 5 minutes!!

This place was great! First - the staff, their attentiveness and service was super. They were always available with a smile. Second - the food, we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at this resort and every meal was excellent. We enjoyed the great food and wine, and the chef made a change to one menu item that my wife did not like. Third - the view, we had a great view of the lake/mountains and I could not get enough looking at them. Fourth - the location, they are very close to a walking path and I had a great run around the lake. It has a wonderful pool that we took advantage of, and the grounds are great. Parking was so easy as well.

Giving the experience was so great that I had to think of changes that I would consider. Only one I thought of - did not find a teapot with coffee/tea in our room. Not a big deal for me, but someone else may not like that.

Very friendly staff, always there to help and advise you. Excellent dinner and rich morning buffet. Exceptional large bed.

I asked extra bed for my kids, they didn’t metion about price so I thought it’s free, but when I check out they asked me 60euros.
