The location is amazing, I wished there’s more choices for the breakfast.

I liked that it was located in a great area. The stay was very unique and memorable.

I read some really negative reviews here and was concerned, but now that I’ve stated there I don’t know what those people are on about, I loved this hotel! It’s quirky and beautiful, feels uniquely Mexican, the staff were all amazing, the rooms were comfy and totally fine for the affordability, and the location was unbeatable for Condesa (across from the main park, with corners full of incredible cafes and bars either side of it). The rooftop restaraunt and bar is genuinely worth going to (I’d go for a late night dinner and drink to live jazz even if I wasn’t staying there). I have zero complaints but one (see below!)

They wouldn’t let us sit at the great tables in the rooftop restaurant overlooking the park for breakfast, and we couldn’t figure out why until we realised they were keeping them for the public who hadn’t paid for their meals already. Sorry, but as paying guests, we should be allowed to sit there.

The location of the hotel is excellent, you can walk to the main places, you have alot of restaurants close and the hotel is so beautiful, the restaurant and the food are very good.

The room is so noisy, you can hear the music of the bar and is no confortable, if you want to watch the tv, the volume is so low and you hear more the music of the bar than the tv.

Visiting families was not allowed and expelled from premises. NO GUEST ALLOWED PERIOD NO MATTER FAMILY RELATIVES!! NO AIR CONDITIONING SUPER HOT! DONT STAY HERE. You can find better hotels for the price we paid to stay here.

Noise from the restaurant at night. We had two nights of load banging for several hours. Also the bed was very hard.

There is no elevator and we had a third floor room. My friend is 65 years old. No easy for her. The hotel did not have parking space. Needed to park 3 blocks from there. My TV wasn’t working the first night. I called twice to get it fixed and after 1 hour of waiting I just gave up and went to sleep. A person then showed up around 11:00 pm, too late.

it was noisy the whole night. people and night staff talking right in front of the room, people slamming the entrance doors and finally works starting right above our heads from 7:30am if we had a good 3 hours sleep it was a maximum…

Taxi booked through hotel was a scam (person demanded more money than hotel had negotiated). When mentioned to hotel staff they seemed to know person was not trustworthy and were apologetic, but were not prepared to offer any refund.

Location was good. Staffs specially manager was good.

They should check for all appliances are working before they let guest inn. Freeze was not working for many days % days . It was repaired only when I took it with Manager . Quality of breakfast was very very poor. We had to go other places to get our breakfast. I talked with some other guest who had same experience.

It used to be an art gallery so there are beautiful paintings in the suite. We stayed in the King Suite which is very spacious and comfortable. Bottled water is provided everyday free of charge.

The noise outside and upstairs from the restaurant/ bar on Friday and Saturday night is really bad. I could still hear the noise with earplugs. We asked for a room at the back but the manager said there was a big group coming but we didn’t see too many people around so I’m not sure if that were actually the case. The bathroom was also pretty smelly because of the drainage pipes. The price is reasonable as it is a lovely area to stay in Mexico City but I would only stay in a room far away from the restaurant.

We had to book a place last minute because we lost our flight, and this was the cheapest we could find in Condesa. Location is great, and the staff is friendly and professional.

The room was tiny, and the walls were as thick as paper because we could hear everything people talked on the hallway and other rooms. We basically didn't sleep at all.

The hotel was very well taken care. Location excellent with little restaurants all around. The park was a bonus next door.

Staff was friendly. breakfast on the rooftop was good.

Beds were small and uncomfortable. The hotel was very loud - people coming in and out in the middle of the night every night laughing, screaming, etc There is no elevator to the rooms. We stayed on the third floor, and had use narrow stairs to walk to the room or to carry our luggage down.

Breakfast should be improved. The eggs had very little flavor.
