Good size room, fantastic location with great views of the sea and town square. Staff were friendly and the room was cleaned well and towels changed each day. The beach staff were also very friendly.

The upper level to our room (where a couple of our children slept) got hot and the air con wasn't good enough to keep the whole room including the upper level as cool at night as we would have liked. There is one air con unit for the entire apartment located in the bedroom. One word of warning is to treble check the price of the beach beds. We had been told the price was 35 euros per day for 2 beds and a chair. As things turned out we learned, upon check out, that the price was 50 euros per day after application of a hotel discount because we were a family of 2 adults and 3 children (still only using 2 beds and a chair) and had been allocated a front row spot. After a moan the price was reduced to 45 euros per day. If we go again then I would ask for the price to be written down at the start of our holiday to ensure no such confusion arises again!

Low transparency of cost for beach lies. Add additional 30-40 EUR per day in main season. Overall a bit overpriced. Especially as breakfast and beach lies are not included. The location and the building is outstanding. And this is what you pay for. Did not really feel like a hotel - more like an apartment house with an restaurant in the same building. (You get 10% discount when eating there)

The location on the beach was good. Also very central in town.

We found the apartment poor value for money. The interior is very outdated and limited facilities in the apartment/ hotel. On top of the steep hotel price, you need to pay extra for sun beds at the beach. In the evening it is quite noisy (loud music at the square in front of the hotel), especially when you have small kids who try to sleep. Also, the staff (particularly the lady of the house), did not come across as very welcoming.
