Het is een ruim appartement op een super locatie: je steekt de straat over en via een paadje kom je bij de boulevard aan de kust.

De geur bij het gangetje beneden: stonk verschrikkelijk.

La ubicación era perfecta! Las instalaciones de la casa estaban muy bien y estuvimos muy cómodos. La verdad es que un sitio super recomendado. El dueño muy amable y super atento con nosotros y con todo lo que necesitábamos.

We stayed in the second floor plus loft in third. Location is great. 50m from the beach and 20 min walk to the old town. Restaurants and supermarket close by. Good space, corridor a bit narrow but ok. There is a view over the courtyard for a restaurant but there was little noise even with the windows open. More noise from the street in front but didn’t bother us too much.

One negative is the smell in the stairs and common hall (fishy rubbish smell). Not a problem in the apartment with the door closed. There was also missing both fire and CO alarm when we arrived. Due to language problems (we don’t speak French) we had to get someone else to ring and ask, so the problem was solved later that night. This apartment should be listed as one double bed (second floor), one sofa bed (second floor, very thin mattress) and two single beds (can be pushed together, third floor). The second sofa bed doesn’t work. So with (smaller) children the layout is a problem as they would be alone in another floor. I would recommend this place for four adults and I would expect a second smoke alarm in the stairs outside the upstairs bedroom. There is mould/dust in the stairway up to the third floor. The lamps in the main bedroom aren’t attached too well and the furniture is all a bit wobbly. It’s not mentioned on booking.com but there is information in the lounge that says you have to clean or there’s a 75 euro fine.
