The rooms, of course, are far from brand new, but everything is working: air conditioning, electric water heater., outlet. Night blinds. The bed is comfortable. Wifi is acceptable. One of the few options with a balcony. The location is excellent, near the boulevard, restaurants, shops, migration office, 15 minutes walk to the port.
I would recommend stocking up on earplugs, as near the road, and zero soundproofing. But it's not a problem.
