Lovely van, great facilities and the host was excellent

It was peaceful with a nice hot tub.
Cannot walk around the lakes just a camp site .

Spacious and lots of room in the main area for us to eat together and relax. The outside of the property is also really nice, with a seating area outside and great hot tub which we used. The children really loved it too. There was also mountain bikes and a balance bike available so our children were happy.
It was a bit of a walk from the main entertainment area but this wasn’t really a problem. It took us about 15 minutes with a young child so completely manageable.

It was a lovely place we stayed in visually when walking in. Requires a deep clean. However, it is relatively clean. Owners were nice from the phone calls. Easy directions provided. Our dog was able to be safe with gates attached.
The hottub could have old tatty head rest, and the beds were very uncomfortable. Most of us had back pain. We all decided to come back a day early due to it. To get into the restaurant area or arcade it's cost £240 per van as an entrance fee plus whatever else you have to send whilst in their facilities. Personally, it's not worth it, in my opinion, so we didn't use them

Excellent site with amazing facilities. Very clean and staff were amazing.
Didn't like that when we arrived we couldn't check in as no information had been sent to us. Also on arrival was told we had to pay an extra £250 for entertainment passes. This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the accommodation advert and affected our holiday in a big way due to kids then not having as much money to spend on activities. We aren't rolling in money and every part of our holiday was budgeted for.

Hot tub was amazing, the caravan was just so clean & modern , with free tea bags coffee , sugar etc & ice waiting for us in the freezer , all the unexpected extras x

Nice location and plenty to do
Food was expensive and paying for the entertainment passes which you need for any activity or to buy food and drink from restaurants which I didn’t know about was a bit of a shock

Everything,it was such a fantastic break away for me and my family,my little one loved going in the hotub and riding the little kids bike that was left for him to play on,such a nice quite location and a lovely holiday from start to finish,we will deffo be coming back again!

The caravan had everything we needed, it's location was perfect and Tattershall Lakes were beautiful surroundings to be in.

Comfy bed
Horrendous smell from back bedroom- - I cleaned all utensils in cutlery drawer -pizza cutter still had pizza on... no lead for PlayStation--gas boiler kept cutting out so had to reset it several times a day-- van close by playing really loud music wed and Thurs night - we decided to pack up and left at 11pm Thurs night instead of Friday morning as had enough of it.

Till 2.30am every night there was booming music which isn't great when you have a child, so didn't get much sleep at all unfortunately.

Big caravan. Warm. Comfortable dogs friendly
We missed some stuff for making food. But we managed without it. Also there could be little bins in the toilets. But it wasn't a major problem. We got information about caravan site passes too late.

Beautiful caravan, perfect family break, very easy to book, the bikes were a perfect touch, we loved the Jacuzzi.The bedding being provided is a perfect touch, Tvs in every room, games console.

Rude owner who didn’t answer any phone calls, only got sent an email on the day of going explaining everything..
The hot tub was lovely but it had a leak in it so would only stay full for about half an hour and would soon lose the water ..
Needed a good clean was really dirty and the pots in the cupboards were dirty..
The grill didn’t work
All in all we were very disappointed

Location good but the park has become more commercialised since we were there some years ago.
It is ideal for families with children now as there is plenty to do and see.
Access to outdoor venues with a dog would of been good as there was only catch 22 that had outside tables that could be used without passes.

absolutely amazing from start to finish, we was so sad to leave and wished we booked for longer. A beautiful homely caravan with everything you need for your stay, the hot tub was lovely, we enjoyed every minute and will definitely be returning.
