Location was pretty good... near most POI

The room layout was awkward

The staff and the location. Gave us a nice room with partial view to the city.

All good.

The food and service was exellent!!

No AC and the towels too small

I'm handicapped in the elevator were always out of order in the mattresses we're very uncomfortable I would never stay there again carpeting very old and dirty looking

The room they gave us was nothing like the pictures... It was in the middle of the building and the only window... Was of the shaft of the bathrooms... Awful

The hotel location is amazing. It is in the middle of the historic downtown area and includes parking! There is an attached restaurant. The oxxo convenience store is just outside the hotel at the end of the block. The hotel room was spacious enough and had clean sheets and plenty of warm blankets. The bathroom had a yellowish light which made the bathroom look dim. The showerhead could be better. It was safe and clean and within our budget.

Just think maintenance could do better. I did not feel like my safety was compromised. The elevator didn't stop level with the floor we were on. It was interesting to step out of an elevator with an actual step. The bathroom towels are ready for an update.
