I was very pleased with this hotel. It is excellent in its three star category. Safe, quiet, clean, comfortable. Bathroom very good. A good night’s sleep.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer konnte sauberer nicht sein. Das Frühstück war gut.

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer. Das war nicht groß, aber für mich ausreichend, da ich nur einen Tag blieb und mich nicht längere Zeit im Zimmer aufgehalten habe - außer zum schlafen.

Covenient location to ferry terminal and restaurants. Basic breakfast with small plates which don't get replaced. had to keep asking for ccups, glasses or plates or fruit.

Located slightly uphill so difficulty with luggage. Also we had torrential rain one day and power cut so had great difficulty getting to hotel and since lift didnot work had to climb stairs and everything was in darkness.

Great location, quiet and secluded with nice garden, helpful staff, clean, quiet.

Not enough shampoo for a shower

We have really enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helped us with a map of the city Como. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a great view. There are more than enough parking space and it wasnt too hard to find the hotel with a car. Its located only couple of minutes from the city centre. If we ever decide to visit Como again, then we are choosing this hotel again

Breakfast was really nice, very friendly staff and really helped me out on the Sunday morning when northern Italy had last minute train strikes.
