Comfortable, spacious, location good, friendly, quiet area, good kitchen (especially the toaster!), nice wellness area

reception not alway attended between 17.00 and 18.00. But we could phone them. Whirlpool didn't seem to be working properly.

The reception is open only from 4 to 6,5 pm. This is clearly informed by email when made the booking.

On arrival day I went to Zermatt earlier at 14pm instead of 4pm and onwards. So I waited outside a bit then I went to town with my big bag on my shoulder until their opening hours. At the same time I know that this nothing has to do with them as they clearly informed me before I travel to their location about their opening hours.

Great location, just outside of the town centre so it’s nice and quiet. One of the closest apartments to the cable cars so easy access. Clean and tidy room with good facilities.

It was a great location and good value for money. The room was very comfortable and had most of what i needed. I appreciated their ability to accommodate a late arrival beyond my control and the little chalk board welcome sign by my door was a lovely touch.

I wasn't impressed by the lack of basic things like soap in the bathroom and washing up liquid in the kitchen, or scourers. You can't expect travellers to bring these things with them and they cost so little! The oven was very slow and a toaster would be a bog improvement breakfast-wise. Also it was impossible to book the spa because no one was ever around to do it. Surely this could be automated or made easier?

The kitchen was only poorly equipped. Basic items were missing, eg to be able to use the oven, clean the kitchen. Basic food stuff (salt, pepper, oil, sugar, etc we all had to buy. And we were flying we could not take with us. And had to be thrown away as not to be kept by the premises (so we were told). The answer received from mgm was not satisfactory as Covid was given as explanation. As in Zermatt all covid restrictions have been lifted quite unlikely that people get infected by a pepper mill.. Also, it took mgm 3 days to respond to our query which is not acceptable.

This place is an absolute gem in Zermatt. Everything you need and more and an excellent value in a sea of very expensive apartments. You can pay more for nicer and newer furniture, but why would you? Amazing location only 5 minutes walking to some of the main lift stations, 5 mins to a supermarket, 10 mins walk to the main shopping street in Zermatt. The staff is super friendly, beds are comfy, great showers, the building is very well maintained and in a very quiet neighborhood. The ski room is right beside the entrance and is equipped with boot heaters. I would and will stay here again in a heartbeat! P.S: Zermatt is the perfect ski resort. And I've been to a lot of ski resorts! Worth every penny!

Location very good as close to Matterhorn lift and the apartment was really spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating and modern kitchen and bathrooms

Decor a little stark due to the white floors but this was outweighed by the amount of space and great location.

we loved it, we are using this again if we visit in the future

SPA needs some cleaning especially at the jacuzzi

We liked the Apartment, it was big, clean, you have all you need and the most important, for us, the location was very good, near ( 5-10 minutes walking) to the Gondola Lift named Furri. I find also very nice that you can let your ⛷ 🎿 overther just for 2 Euro/ CHF per 24 hours( at the Gondola Lift) if you don't want to carry it every day 😉 but the Bolero Apartments has also a ski room 😊 And the location ist also near the village center, in just a few minutes you are in the heart of Zermatt where you can find a lot of restaurants, bars and shops.

The poor internet connection 🙃, in some rooms, for example in the bedroom we had good connection but in the living room poor connection. And the check-out time it is a little bit to early ( between 05.00-09.00).
