The service is outstanding, the location is convenient, and the facilities are modern and well-maintained. My family and I received a very warm welcome, and the staff went above and beyond to help us throughout our trip. We truly appreciated their hospitality. I was recommended this hotel for an overnight stay during my trip, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The room was clean, the service was outstanding, and the hotel's prime location made it very easy to find. They made the check-in process smooth and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

Good location, within easy walking distance of most tourist sights. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.

Location was great and so were the receptionist staff. We were upgraded for free.

Louder location, could hear a street sweeper at 5am. The sheets were stained and we were advised they were still clean however. Both exhausted so just said okay at this point. We were locked out of the room for half an hour because the batteries in the door locking system “died.” The “handy man/porter” was loud and coughing/sniffing consistently whenever we were near which was highly unsettling. Was physically pushed into the elevator away from our bags, was confused if this meant they would be taken for us or not, until they ended up at our door by him. Was told the room was ready on arrival but had to wait 10 mins for them to double check it and still the cleaning ladies were just exiting the room when we arrived at the door. Bathroom floor was still wet when we entered.
