I called a couple days earlier and asked about the parking. They kindly told me that I could park around the back of the hotel and it wouldn’t be a problem to get a spot. I was not going to use In-N-Out privileges so I expected to pay $47. Upon arrival I pulled into the lot submitted my credit card, and there were no spots to be found and I could not get back out of the lot so I saw a valet parker and asked him and he told me to re-enter my credit card and I had to use valet parking. I was assured there will be plenty of parking places but there was zero.

I like everything except the breakfast-
The breakfast- poor quality coffee and only fruit when one asked- as a diary free person- this makes the morning difficult

for being in Chicago the room was unbelievably quiet. the bed and pillows were comfy and I felt at home
it takes 15 minutes for the water to heat up

The location was close to the conference
Where shi start?? We had 4 room all of them had different problems first the cleaning service is bad I won't upload pics just bc some of the things are really bad. They don't clean the room in the middle of the day after u leave the water pressure is closer to drops of rain rather a shower. Our sink was broken, and the reason I gave it 1 was because NO ONE CARED. we spoke to the manager few times even called after we checked out, he never called me back.
For that price there are better hotels even MOTELS stay away!

Location was good for us visiting our daughter who lives nearby. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Appreciate the complementary full breakfast.
Bed was very uncomfortable. We were charged an “early check-in fee” of $25 for checking in less than an hour before check-in time. Parking was pricy, though expected in Chicago.

The location and the lady that checked me in that morning only!
The valet parking service was horrible. It was not accommodating for disability access. There was a huge step up and down curb. Only one man at valet offered to even help my husband with my access to the sidewalk. I almost hit the ground twice because of the distance they park the car away from the side walk.
I should also get a full refund for that service since were were told paying for valet would give us entrance and exit as many times as we wanted when we checked in and they sold that lie to us.

Clean and beautifully appointed. Super nice staff!! Great breakfast! Self pay sundries were a God send!😁
Our A/C would only go down to "65°" which felt like 73° but it might've been because we had a corner room with tons of windows.🤷

Very convenient location. Walking distance to solider field, restaurants and markets. It smelled so good as soon as you walked in the door and the scent went throughout the hotel. Imagine it’s the “Hilton” scent? Felt safe in this downtown area.
There were a couple of stains on the carpet when we walked out of the elevator and one in our room. It didn’t look like our room was fully ready. We had 4 pillows on each bed that looked like throw pillows and then there wasn’t a pillow in the middle. Don’t know if it was supposed to look like that and then no trash bags in the trashcans.

The property is average Hampton Inn, but the staff treated us like we were at Super 8 in a bad neighborhood. I’ve been greeted by nicer staff at Days Inn. The girl’s name that checked me in was “Nyce”. I asked her how she pronounced it, because she was not “nice”. She said they was pronounced niece. That’s better for a non-customer oriented person like herself.
It was average for Chicago, the staff just needs training on how to treat guests.
