The location is perfect near the beach and malls. The apartment was cleaned daily and big enough for us. Super save and welcoming staff

The location was perfect and the house adequately equipped.

The house had a few minor issues but didn't adversely impact our holiday.

Our reservation was booked and paid for in full 7days in advance to booking.com. On the checkin date we received a call from the Establishment at 11.30am with instructions as to where to collect keys. They confirmed all was in order for our Checkin. I alerted them we will collect after 2pm. They confirmed it was all Good. Upon arrival we found the following: We immediately called Booking.com. The Consultants was aware of All issues. Dirty floors Dirty curtains and linen Dirty bins Dirty toilets. Major electrical problems. Dirty carpets Dirty microwave. Wrotten cupboards that had fungus and stinking of mould Damaged bedroom door. Broking beds. Pictures sent to booking.com. The outside room which was part of our paid reservation locked. We immediately made contact, according to the Assistant- cleaning was still in progress. The Owner insisted the outside was not included, I explained it was part of the reservation. She said she's checking and calling me back. The Assistant called back notified me the Cleaning Staff are coming back they forgot to give the keys as it was a human error. When the keys arrived we noticed the TV, Aircon and Taps in that room was out of order. Their contractors arrived started repairing the TV & Aircon. We was advised a Plumber will come the next day as it was already passed 4pm. Our entire 1st day was hell. We were tired from the long trip our family had to sit outside hungry whilst the staff was busy cleaning the house. My husband n I left to go around searching for alternative accommodation. We arrived late that Evening unsuccessful as we were traveling with our Pet Dog. Clearly the Establishment didn't prepare for Guests checkin. Day 2 The staff arrived to "Spring Clean" removed curtains, carpets, bins etc. Our entire day was literally taken with the cleaning. The iron didn't work a new one was purchased and dropped off after 11am whilst I was at the shops getting food for my Family.

Rudeness. Place filthy. Staff speaking lies to cover up not doing their job properly. The house has fungus/mould in the Cupboards and rooms giving the Property a bad smell. No fresh towels.

some of the item cutlery was not properly cleaned, in particular the kettle had stains & hand prints all over. the air conditioners in the two other bedrooms were not functional. this made it very uncomfortable to sleep in that heat.

only 1 shower in the house. there is a flatlet which had a shower but no hot water.

Spacious, beautifully decorated, well equipped, clean, easy to find and good service, well looked after in general.

Kitchen clock needs a new battery, one aircon doesn't work, kettle had rust in it.

Poximity to facilities. Location to our points of destinations I.e. Mount Edgecombe, Shonen, Umhlanga and Queensburgh. Met our requirements completely.

Drove down in a microbes so the driveway was a little narrow.

I have a knee problem and found it very hard to get in and out of the flat I didnt like the reception we received when collecting keys at 13 Oyster crescent. I dont believe that as a paying client (i am bringing income to the owners) it was/is a good idea to be made to stand outside the gate to wait for the key

Agent was very friendly and efficient. Location was perfect, opposite Umhlanga sands hotel then straight onto the beach. Also close to shops, restaurants etc. Spacious and all kitchen amenities you would need. Nice outdoor entertaining area. Side unit with separate kitchenette and lounge was a nice surprise.

Advertised as pet friendly, however there is a gap under the gate and at the side of the gate that both my dogs (who are quite small) could get through, then they are onto the main road. We lay two dustbins down in front of the gate, and had to keep moving them every time we went out. Quite easily remedied by the owner with a pole on the side and flap at the bottom of the gate.

Everything was amazing and the service from Karyn was outstanding.
