The location, pool area, and the great and professional staff.

The pillows and the mattress were not very comfortable.

We did not stay at Apartamentos La Caleta but instead had an email the day before arrival informing us we were moved to Hacienda San Jorge as Caleta was closed. This was not a problem as this hotel was superb in every way. The lovely pool is set in beautiful gardens with parrots, ducks, a 2 or 3 beautiful cats, a pond with coy carp plus small pools with terrapins. You could be anywhere in the world when looking out from your veranda and the gardens are well established and so beautifully maintained. The hotel foyer is like a garden area also. The staff in the hotel and restaurant are very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable with free WiFi plus tv with channels to suit many languages. We were cold on our first night and they supplied heating and extra blankets, we were very snug.

Absolutely nothing.

The apartment was clean and you can find all you need in there. Staff was very nice and kind and willing to help.

The only minus for us was the location as it's 5 Km away from the port and we just needed to stay over the 1 night. But if you're looking for accomodation where you wanna stay longer, it definitely worth it.

Due to volcanic activity on the island this hotel was not in use but they gave us a free upgrade to its sister hotel. The staff, facilities etc were fantastic. We had booked Bed and Breakfast, but also then paid extra for the buffet Evening meal which was excellent and great value for money.

All was perfect

The gardens are amazing and Lola the parrot was friendly. Very good breakfast with a lot of choice and in a great part of the grounds over looking the beach.

I was moved at the last minute to the Hacienda San Jorge. It worked out well for me. It was a beautiful place

Apartment was very clean, comfortable and with good value for money. Shower was recently reformed. Balcony is huge and shared with other guests. We will be back.

They have ants everywhere, you can not leave any even smallest piece of food. Some stuff was friendly, but there one German lady who was very grumpy and not friendly. I was happy when I left this place.
