Family rooms reasonably sized. Close to transportation.
The first day of our stay, we reported a missing guide on the shower door, never repaired through our stay. The next morning, the door fell into shower while showering. Attendants at the desk disinterested and not interactive with the exception of young lady on our arrival.

Excellent location, friendly staff, perfectly clean. But there are not enough cosy little things. I will be happy to stay next time. The location is beautiful and convenient

Lovely staff, great location and clean.
The lift was out of order for our stay, and a fridge in the room would have been nice

The staff and location
We love the location and usually the room but this time the room was so gross. The bed linen was dirty with hair on the mattress pad. The shower was leaking so bad we had to put towels all aroubd it. It caused us so much more time and energy to keep it under control
