perfect room for 3 on the road to a further destination, excellent breakfast (we did stay in Campanile next doors instead of Premiere Classe Mulhouse) if it wasn't for the troubles during the night with juvenils from a house nearby

Hardly slept because of young troublemakers that made a lot of noise and car racing nearby

Horrible accommodation, confused staff. Very old building, it seems this is the original Premiere Class building from 80´s without any revitalisation. I don´t understand how it is possible still sell such accommodation.

The location is strategic: next to the motorway, and close to several shops. Free parking on property as advertised.

The staff was overall okay, but not very nice in my opinion. Very loud especially at night, to the point that I thought people were getting in our room and it prevented me from having a good night's sleep. The bed also not very comfortable. Didn't manage to have a shower because it was terrible.

We were aware of the malfunction of the self check in machine so we tried to get before 9pm. However, being 5' late, and the machine not working, the receptionist lady was very kind and helped us still.

Cheap could mean simple, or sober on commodities and decorations. However this is cheap on lucking maintenance and minimum quality standards for any kind of accomodation.

All was as expected

Location.

We arrived shortly after 2100 but well before 2200 and knowing this ahead of time we asked the reception if this would cause issues checking in. We were told adamantly that eventhough they won’t be there after 2100 it won’t cause issues because the terminal outside can be used to get the room cards and get access to the room using the booking references alone. Upon arrival we and another guest found out quickly that this was not the case. The terminal checked us in but failed to provide us the cards. The only number for service was on the wall above which we rang and the man couldn’t understand a word of English - this was not a problem because the other guest that was stranded was French speaking and able to translate on our behalf. After a short conversation with the man on the phone who hung up on him, he was told that nobody is coming - reception is closed and that is the end of story and that we can’t even get our money back. After a few more attempts to call him and convince him to help us, he continued to simply hang up on us. Finally, we approached the hotel next door and asked for assistance - they were able to call somebody who was in that hotel with access to where we were staying and after failing to repair the terminal used keys to access the property manually. Eventually we did get our cards and were able to get into our rooms - the rooms were not as advertised with bunk beds and there was no air conditioning. It was not at all as expected but it was not too late to leave and find alternatives so we were stuck. I will certainly not be going back there and will not recommend.
