Ive stayed here on a number of occasions and this hotel does not disappoint.

The hotel has nice decoration
The bad is horrible. We couldn't fall asleep on it.

-The building is old and it is definitely not in the standard of the palace unfortunately

This in NOT a 5 stars hotel. 3 at most. The personal is very unfriendly. Not 1 smile in 3 days. Is like they were zombies forced to work. The bathroom is 1 star. No room for anything with a very small bathtub witch is also shower.If you stayed in a 5 star hotel before you will soon realize that this in only a 3 star one. THE HOTEL HAS NO PARKING! No matter what they say. The parking is in another hotel 500 m away, so if you came at 01.00 in the night, you will roam the streets to find your hotel. The reception personel doesn’t even say Hi when you pass by(unbelievable) and if you want to ask something they act like you bother them. I felt very unwanted at this location. I will put some pictures from the bathroom and hotel. Avoid this lication. Money thrown away!

The breakfast was exceptional. There were so many options to choose from and everything was delicious. We also ordered room service, we loved the food again. Would go back again but only to the hotel restaurant. Also, the staff were very professional and polite.
The room had no electric kettle. Let me rephrase that, the room in a 5 STAR HOTEL had no electric kettle, so also no complimentaary tea or coffee. Not even water in the fridge was complimentary. I have not encountered this in my 28 years of age and many years of travelling, was extremely disappointed and so was my boyfriend. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it had a hole down the middle. As a couple, we hated that and felt like we were sleeping on a pull-out couch. We had stayed at a different, 4 star hotel close to the city centre in the previous days and everything was loads better.

I stay often in this hotel and it holds a special place in my heart. The location is absolutely brilliant, the building itself holds a sense of grandeur past but is always in need of small tweaks to maintain its standard. The rooms are spacious and warm with a unique ambience. The pool in the summer is absolutely wonderful and the breakfast is always good.
The hotel is in need of a serious renovation to maintain its 5star status.

The restaurant could be better the furniture. The food was good.

Breakfast was decent, and the staff was very friendly.
The hotel itself was very old and looked that it hadn't been renovated for a long time. The furniture was old and not well maintained.

Some staff were willing to make changes to help with our discomfort. Others were not accommodative and lacked customer ethics.
1. Linens were never changed for the entire stay upon frequent request. They just straighten the bed and that’s it!
2. Front desk ignored us for almost 10 mins while talking with a friend.
3. We ended up sleeping in a two single mattresses with a hole in the middle instead of a Queen mattress.
I almost had sciatic nerve damage after sleeping on their bed.
