Great Location, walking distance from good restaurants, easy access to bus station for those who don't want to drive. . Facilities (pool, rooms, quiet spaces) were really nice on the rainy days we got in Ubatuba

WiFi did not work as expected in the room. Also, having a playground right on the restaurant area is a little "noisy" for people with no kids. The hotel has a lot of space, considering moving to a better location

Great breakfast, pool is clean and warm (perfect fro July). The pool bar has nice cocktails and fingerfoods. Room is comfotable and super clean.

The staff were the only thing that made this an enjoyable stay, the were magnificent under the circumstances. (Covid 19 and a run down hotel) The room, Classic Suite, was bad. Broken fittings, two leaks in the bathroom, trouble with room key, loose or broken fittings. At RS1100 for 3 nights it is more than I pay for a good quality hotel on my business trip to Rior other cities
