Great location right on Los Muertos beach. Easy walking distance to many restaurants. Large room with two large balconies and a great view of the pool and beach. Excellent cleaning by our room attendant Rosie. Friendly bell staff.

Very dated. It’s 2024 and wifi is near to non existent. It is only reliable in the lobby. Intermittent to non existent elsewhere. This not acceptable. Loungers at the pool are filthy and in poor condition. Expect a back ache if you are on them for any length of time. They are also quite the challenge to get out of. Some front desk personnel are rude. I was not given a room remote and air conditioner remote when checking in. As far as I knew they were already in t(e room. Young and rude man at checkout demanded there return. You must obey or you won’t get a ‘permission slip’ to leave. No really!

The location is great. It right on the beach. Everyone was nice to us. Place is nice for the value. Beds were comfortable. This was our second trip here this year.

Our air keep going out and had to be fixed 3 times ( but they did fix it for us right away each time!). And a family member who didn’t stay on the property (because they didn’t have a room available) was told to leave when she was on the property looking for us. Not happy about the way she was treated.

Front desk looked nice.

We had reserved a king bed room superior and we got a 2 bedroom suite with full beds from the 80s design, nothing looked like the pictures online. Scratched walls, blood stain on bed comforter. The older lady in reception was stubborn and rude.

Ubicación Regular ya que esta retirado del centro, habitación ya muy vieja y no tiene lo básico para una estancia ejecutiva

instalaciones muy deterioradas, colcha muy vieja, no tenia plancha de ropa, atención en recepción muy agresiva ya que vas a descansar al hotel y no te reciben con amabilidad, te gritan y te exigen como si te estuvieran haciendo el favor de recibirte, el restaurant muy mal la comida, me llevaron el platillo de tiritas de pollo y carne con el 50% de cebolla, el frijol reseco todo el platillo frio, les dije que lo calentaran y me lo llevaron nuevamente con el plato caliente pero la comida fría, solicite la cuenta y solo me cobraron la bebida, me retire a cenar a otro restaurant
