The room is very dated and poorly laid out .. there was no view at all apart from the wall of the hotel at the back and air conditioning units and flat roofs - there are now views in the accommodation at the back of this property. the spiral staircase it not great as it has no rails to hold onto and if you are not steady on your feet it can be narrow and a bit dangerous to be honest. £40 to keep the room if you need it after your original checkout time which I think is a lot from 11am to say 17:00 which we wanted it for .. we manage to get a room in another hotel from 11 to 6 for £20 with use of all the facilities and clean towels too… our bed and towels were changed once in 7 days.. this was on the night before we left.. not enough plug sockets in the apartment that were useable.. smell of sewage from the main drain in the bathroom And the toilet seat did not stay up and was loose and did not tighten up. Toilet flush did not take away the waste and it tended to stick to the back of the toilet..due to the shape of the pan. Tiles in the bathroom cracked and coming away from the walls. Room to dark at night to see to unlock the door as the key was attached the the fob you had to use to keep the electric on.. so needed a touch on my phone to lock and unlock the door from the inside when it was not daylight outside.. Over all I thought it was shabby for the money we paid forgot to say the shower room is extremely small and narrow and the door opens inwards and the toilet is in the way as the sink is nearly over the toilet too.
