Sehr freundliches Personal. Kleines, aber sehr schönes Dachzimmer. Sehr zentral (direkt an Fussgängerzone) und ruhig gelegen. Ich konnte meine Vespa vor dem Hotel parkieren (man muss und darf kurz über die Fussgängerzone fahren). Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Preis/Leistung für Chamonix war sehr gut.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location, had a view of Mont Blanc and a nice outdoor patio. The breakfast was great. A portable AC unit was provided and there was a hot water pot in the room.

The shower was very small.

The location was absolutely Perfect- 2 minutes walk from the centre of Chamnoix - quiet at night. The staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful. The breakfast was good.

Sadly the room we had booked was so tiny that we upgraded costing more and was still very small - considering the pictures on the website looked much bigger! Only a roof window in the first room and NO air conditioning. In the second room we had a tiny balcony and a fan - but it was noisy and not effective so too hot at night. We only had one pillow each which wasn't good and no fridge in the room. The safe didn't work either. The Curtain didn't close so we were woken up early because of the light. There was no lift and a very narrow staircase which was difficult to carry cases up. We were not offered help by the staff to take our bags to the room.
