The staff are lovely. Very helpful and friendly. The hotel is comfortable and breakfast is really good.
Despite them saying there is a shuttle and a tour desk, there isnt. I dont appreciate services being listed when they dont offer them as feels disingenuous. It is in a decent location, but think careful about visiting Pereira as a tourist, not a particularly interesting or nice city, rather spend money on a shuttle to go stay in Salento or Filandia.

A very nice, well-maintained hotel not far from the bus station. The staff were very friendly!

Its truly beautiful, especially the court yard. Its an old timey mansion so a unique stay.
No windows you could actually open, but the easy access to the balcony is great.

great location and excellent breakfast
the rooms were not well equipped, our fan didn’t work, no night table on one side of the bed so I had to put my phone on the floor.
