Level of security (i.e. a gate and two doors to get into apartment), and nice quiet area. Apartment was very clean upon arrival. Supermarket and eateries only a 5 minute walk, and shopping area about a 15 minute walk.

Had booked a 2-bedroom apartment for myself and my grandmother. Apartment was incredibly basic and sterile-looking. One TV in the room didn’t work (plus only German-speaking channels were available for watching). Only one rubbish bin in entire place. Location to check in and pick up keys is quite far from apartment. Also, prior to my stay, I called reception with a query and the man on the other end was not very friendly to talk to. Definitely not worth the value of money paid.

I arrived earlier than expected to check-in and contacted the hotel's management to pick up the key. They reacted in a blink of an eye! Super fast and reliable service!

The place I stayed in was great (quiet, clean, well-maintained, close to shops), and I would definitely stay there again. The only little thing I would like to have is a little bit more crockery in the kitchen, a frying pan would be highly appreciated.

Tosi hyvä paikka! The place was very clean and the neighborhood was peaceful, not a sound at night (we stayed there during week days). The place was also nicely situated, all the museums and the main railway station were easily reached by foot. The kitchen and the rooms were well equipped.

The curtains in the sleeping rooms could have been a bit thicker and not as see-through but that didn't affect our sleep :) Moreover, be aware that the reception quite far away from the actual flat.
