Unser wunderschön ausgestattetes romantisches und komfortables Apartment in der Dorsoduro Gegend Venedigs bietet eine vertrauliche und perfekte Lage zum Erkunden dieser magischen Stadt. Es prahlt mit einer atemberaubenden die Guidecca überblickenden Dachterrasse, mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegstühlen zum Entspannen. Die Zimmer sind hell und luftig mit Fenstern auf beiden Gebäueseiten, die, für venezianische Apartments ungewöhnlich, herrliche Aussicht auf die Gärten darunter geben. Die Unterbringung umfasst ein Doppelschlafzimmer mit sehr komfortablen Kingsizebett und eingepassten Kleiderschränken. Bad mit Dusche, WC, Bidet und großes Waschbecken. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Große Wohnstube/Esszimmer mit Sofabett, SKY Sat-TV, DVD Player und Musikanlage mit CD. Das Apartment ist klimatisiert und voll zentral beheizt. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Haartrockner. Unser Apartment ist für wöchentliche Mieten verfügbar (Samstag bis Samstag) oder zur Nacht für minimal 3 Nächte.

Really enjoyed our stay. Have been to Venice many times often in a slightly more central location but this was perfect. Very convenient and quick and easy to access all areas but with the benefit of staying in a quiet location. The local supermarket just round the corner was excellent as were the local restaurants. The hosts were extremely helpful before our stay and accommodated an early check request.The only issue at booking stage was the location which VRBO show slightly incorrectly but the hosts map clearly shows the exact location.Would definitely recommend the apartment.

Absolutely perfect. The location is very quiet but very easily accessible to major tourist spots. Restaurants a plenty. Our last night there we went to Ai Cugani Dal 1911 restaurant and was the BEST one on our 4 night stay. A must and highly recommend. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Only a 12 min walk from the apartment. Hosts were awesome and the remodel done by Mara were incredible. The rooftop terrace was the bonus. We were up there most of the time. Just incredible. We have stayed in Venice 3 times and this was one of the best. Perfect for two people!If you base your decisions on reviews then this is the place for you.Cant say enough positives.Enjoy!!!!

We loved the location – everything was so easy to access, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was perfect: spotlessly clean, bright, and very comfortable. We would happily recommend it to anyone. Just a note that there are a few stairs, which wasn’t an issue for us but good to know in advance. A big thank you to Helen for her wonderful communication, and to Mara for such a warm introduction to Venice – it made our stay extra special.

You have to go up several flights of steep, narrow steps. The stairways are not air conditioned and it felt like we were going pass out trying to get up to the apartment but we made it. The temperature inside the apartment was hotter than the stairway but we opened the windows and turned on the A/C. I took a quick shower to clean off the sweat shortly after check in. My wife went to take a shower after dinner but there was no hot water 😳🤬. We contacted the manager. She said she would get a plumber in the morning. The living room cooled within 4 hours but the bedroom doesn’t have A/C so we went to bed and marinated in our sweat. Got a crappy nights sleep and woke up to find still no hot water. We called the manager. She came over quickly and told us there would be no plumber until the following day. 🤬 We contacted VRBO and after waiting 30 minutes we finally got to speak with someone. That person connected us the property owner. Jamie and Helen were very apologetic and gave us full refund. 👍
Please check about the hot water before booking. Also, the amenity of A/C is a little suspect.
