Its location and roominess
The noise that came from upstairs through the night and early morning from young guests

Incredible location, super cute place with almost everything you need and a very helpful host.
While the A/C helps, a fan would really be appreciated in high temps to circulate air. The shower is tiny. Do bring your own toiletries.

The location was great - close to the Ponte Vecchio, Santo Spirito. Local cafes all near by. Easy to walk to the Uffizi, and the town centre. The air con was great in the hot weather.
The apartment was lovely. You have to be careful not to put too many appliances on at the same time. The washer didn't work well for us. But everything else was good!
