Casa Michael

Cleanness

It was a really comfortable place and good for the cash. The people were nice and it was a bit from the "city" not too far but far enough for the calmness

Nothing special. It could get really warm when I sleep in the dorms. But otherwise than that, nothing I can think of

location good, hot shower, clean toilet, kitchen, the staff Silvia was helpful and nice to me ,bed was good ,internet good but not fast but ok .

I wished they provide free access to clean drinking water 🙁

The room was very basic, but the garden was nice and the location is convenient, not far from the airport. The neighborhood also seemed quite safe.

Unfortunately, the atmosphere at the hostel wasn't particularly friendly. What disappointed us most was the luggage storage policy. Before booking, we had read online that luggage storage was available. There was a sign stating that guests could store their luggage free of charge if they stayed one night before and one night after the storage period. We stayed two nights before storing our luggage, but because we couldn't stay another night afterwards (we had to catch our flight), we were charged USD 20. It also seems that free storage is only possible for a maximum of 7 days. We found this very frustrating, especially since we had already spent two nights at the property. The fee also seemed excessively high for luggage storage, and unfortunately the staff were not willing to show any flexibility.
