great location, cool rooms despite of the heat, spotless clean, the living room and kitchenette

a 5th chair would have been nice at the dinig table but hard to find something I didn’t like

very near from the downtown. Parking is interesting, but very good. Host is very good.

it’s a beautiful house mostly marble and the pictures don’t do it justice till you see the place. for once in Croatia there are aircon sim every bedrooms! Central location is 10 mins to the old city and free parking is 150 m away. The owner waited for us to arrive even tho we were caught in bad traffic from the south and she also gave us a red vino when we left that was a bonus!

Sea view is a stretch and no washing machine tho but minor problem. we also had a miscommunication with the owner as we left messages on the booking app but the owner didn’t seem to get them and we noticed an issue when no reply from her after we told her we will be late on arrival. we started to what’s app her instead and share our journey progress so best to what’s app her on her contact number if you going to arrive later due to bad traffic then send her messages via the booking app.

- there was a problem with the drain so it was quite smelly when we came home a couple of times - it hasn’t really got a sea view! only if you try hard to see it!

Fantastic position with car park

Manuela was a fantastic hostess who checked us in speedily and without too much fuss even though we had made her wait ages while we got lost in Rovinj. The apartment had excellent holiday activity suggestions (a boat tour) which we thoroughly enjoyed. She was very kind to gift us a delicious wine when we departed, which rounded up a very lovely stay. House was clean, comfortable, and possibly better in real life than in the photos. Solid 10!
