company has typical problem of fast growing - quality goes down. this apartment is renovated apartment in old building, no parking close by , no elevator. old building has limitation - washing machine appears in middle of kitchen. Some small stuff just forgotten : hair dryer - not working, dish washing machine - broken holder for washing tablet, clock in living room is standing .

Apartment was clean and cozy, check-in instructions were very easy. Location was good, close to public transport and still within walking distance (about 25mins or so) from city centre. For the price it was a good choice.

Sheets and towels were very old, some towels even had holes in them. We stayed in the 3 room apartment and the layout of the original apartment doesn't seem to fit the conditions for our group (which was 6 adults). Some bedrooms were too small to accommodate 2 adults. There is a single bathroom for the apartment which fits 8 people in total, which was not obvious in the listing.

The apartment is big

There is no elevator. We were in apartment number 5 on the 4th floor. It's really unpleasant to bring up and drop off the luggage. Plus we are a family in good physical shape

Great location for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Easy check im with key in keysafe. Everything was there to cook own meals for a stay of a few days. Always found free parking along the road within 2 minite walk. Great location to visit the city centre, Black Forrest or Europapark in Rust.

Sleeping couch wasn't very comfortable at all Shower screen in bathroom is too narrow, resulting in a wet floor when one takes a shower. This was quite annoying.

Drains were slow/clogged, too many stairs, not well cleaned (especially bedding), no dedicated parking.

cute place a bit further away from the center, which is probably the only downside of this listing. otherwise, really nice, clean, comfortable, lots of space and amenities. loved staying here.

The strongest features of the property are its location with available parking nearby, together with key delivery system, but what we really appreciated was the support provided by the property management team. Annalisa was very nice and professional!

The staff are attentive and respond quickly. The apartment is well equipped and located. Also, we had to leave early and they will reimburse us for the period.

Bed not comfortable, 5th floor (no elevator), there was food left in the fridge (rotting) and internet did not work the first night, no soap to wash hands in the bathroom.

This property met our expectations overall. It is as described on Booking. It was very clean and the kitchen was in good shape. Everything in the apartment functioned well. We would probably stay there again.

The light in the stairway turning on and off all night and shining into the apartment was disruptive, perhaps a shade can be placed over the window for the evenings. The current road work outside is unfortunate as it makes finding a parking place very difficult.

Spacious, everything you need

The location is good to drive everywhere in Freiburg. The bed is not too soft, quite comfortable for the back. The apartment has most of the things one needs. Modern design, not the typical "German" style.

The reservation information on Booking was not correct. I booked for 5 people and the order displayed for 2 ppl only. The customer service is quite instant that I got confirmation from them that the reservation was for 5. They also called on the day to confirm everything went well. Not so much to complain. Though the sound proof was not very good, I can here people upstairs walking around, and people walking in the stair case.
