Very nice, well located guesthouse in a historic (but modern) building - the host was great & the shared kitchen/sitting area was well equipped for morning coffee & anything you might want to cook - everything was also very nicely decorated, with character (not the usual white/grey/beige now popular)
Everything was good

Location excellent with plenty of restaurants in close proximity but surprisingly no noise was heard from these.
The Aircon unit was a little bit noisy but it was good to have it.

Easy to access. Off a great square with plenty of food and drink options. Great location to walk to any of the city sites.

The location was good for access to both old and newer parts of town. The breakfast made it a bit more social than just a hotel room. They were happy to let me keep my hire bike in the room.
I kind of expected it to be a staffed B&B rather than a semi-staffed private rental. The room was quite noisy from street noise of people outside, and noise came through from the room next door, as it was only separated by a closed door. Room facilities and bathroom were pretty basic.
