Bilocale abbastanza grande, pulito e in posizione ottima (circa 5 minuti per il centro). Il parcheggio compreso nel prezzo super!

Central air condition is really very good in this place. Localisation is great, very close to old town, but not so crowded and noisy. Everything you need in the kitchen or bathroom. Parking is underground, so safe and cold. There is also a lift in the building. Just great!
Not a big problem, but if you are with more then two people notice that you come to the bedroom through living room, and to bathroom you must go through bedroom 😉. But sofa in the living room is really very comfy.

Great location, calm yet only a five min walk from the City Center. Owner is very nice and responds quickly. Apartment well equipped.

Everything was really very good. Lots of unexpected extras in the apartment. Gated community so very secure. Very close to main town. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Only problem is easily remedied. The address did not include the street number so cab did not know where to drop us. We telephoned for instructions.

Big PLUS is the free parking in the building garage, which is very spacious.
Cosy apartment and very spacious, including the bathroom. Very well equiped tbe kitchen with ustensils and condiments and glasses, so you can cook your breakfast

The apartment is in a central building, and looks like student studios. The 'windows' are the exterior wall, so you can't let them open, as everyone who is passing or neighbours can see in your apartment. So was a bit dark and a smell of closed space

Very well equipped. sadly we only had time to sleep and did not use the kitchen. superb location and very easy to find. great parking! and really good value for money.
I would have liked a heater in the bathroom but all else was great.

Location is perfect for exploring Malaga, and appartement (including parking garage) was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay very much

It was exactly what we wanted: a nice, clean, large apartment with all the amenities and appliances presented in the photos. The host was a true gentleman. We had some issues arriving, which meant changing a bit the arrival/departure hours, but everything went smooth thanks to him. The building is very nice, very safe, the parking very straight-forward and large. Great value for money.
The only things that bothered me was that there was only a small clothesline to hang our laundry, which was quite small and rusty, and the fact that the apartment is not quite actually central. You do have to cross the river and walk about 5-10 minutes, which is not that big of a problem, but seeing as the city center is quite large, I believe it is important to note this aspect.

The name is so accurate!!! Best location in Malaga and the parking is a super plus! Salvador is a great host!!!! The apartment has everything to enjoy a great vacation!!!
