The ocean view and access from the Perissa Units are excellent, and that includes this unit as well. One gets a spectacular view of the ocean and feels the sound and breeze, as the unit is right at the beach. If lucky, then one could also get a view of jumping dolphins and whales. The roughly 400-meter-long beach in front of Perissa, Santorini, is also very nice. The two big rocks situated at both ends kind of make it a private beach for the complex. Additionally, the complex is also directly connected to Thompsons Bay Beach. The complex is big, and walking around was nice. The unit is spacious and well furnished. Having a washer and dryer is particularly convenient for families with children. It also has two balconies and offers an excellent sea view. However, the overall maintenance of the unit could be improved. Some attention to the aesthetics, appliances, and amenities that contribute to a comfortable stay—such as towels, blankets, and similar items—would significantly enhance the overall experience and value of the unit. The owner/representative was very accommodating and, considering our late evening flight, gave us an extension of checkout time till 5 PM. Which is very much appreciated.

The place was big enough for me and my family. Clean and right by the beach.

Place needs some painting especially by the bulcony.

The breathtaking views, soothing sounds, and delightful aromas perfectly match my expectations, creating an immersive and memorable experience. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, featuring pristine white sheets and a luxurious duvet that added to the inviting atmosphere. The central air conditioning provided consistent and refreshing cooling, ensuring a pleasant stay.

I had an entirely positive experience with both this unit and Santorini. However, for those looking to visit a public beach, I recommend Willards Beach, which is just a short 3-minute drive away, as it offers a better experience.

Amazing location and great complex. The price was also really good value for money.

The place was not very clean and definitely not well-kept. A lot of things need maintenance, and we had to get the sliding door of the balcony fixed on day one of our arrival. The place in general is just run down and needs a reviving.
