Lo que me gustó más sin duda fue la habitación, bastante amplia y muy confortable. También los restaurantes.

Se puede mejorar teniendo más limpia el agua de las piscinas.

I had a bad experience with a hostess at the buffet restaurant but Gisselle immediately turnaround to an extraordinary experience!!!

We loved our stay, food was good. Our favorite restaurants were the Japanese and steak house. The entertainment team at the pool was very creative and our kids loved participating in the activities. The shows in the theater were also great. Just make sure you bring enough sunblock because it is very expensive if you want to buy it at the hotel. They do not need reservations for the restaurants anymore its first come first serve which is great.

The only thing we didn't like was the elevator had no AC therefore it was very hot in there.

What I didn’t like was the food was not giving , and it takes a very long time for them to serve your food . the drink wasn’t very tasty it tasted like they added water into your soda or other drinks .

the food. it was really poor. Even in the steak house we got cold provolone cheese (grilled) and somewhat hard meat (had been standing around?) The sides were a joke. My smoked pork didn’t taste smoked and came with asparagus - all of one inch piece. The breakfast consisted of hard sausages, omelette with cheese that really didn’t taste right and was standing there on the hot plate, as did eggs Benedict… Something less pretentious, such as boiled eggs and scrambled eggs would have been much better… Just bad planning. But all in all, rooms are fine

When arriving to the resort, the front receptionist was very welcoming and provided us with water bottles to quench our thirst from the drive. They also took a picture of us since we said it was my dad's birthday so that the staff knew and later when at the pool, they brought him cake and chanted happy birthday to him which was really sweet and genuine. The reception staff was very supportive, every call we made they answered promptly and were helpful. Also this resort is extremely family oriented so if you have a teenager or young adult with you, they are not going to have fun except for the night shows which I found really nice and entertaining. In addition, the resort needs to create a playlist for the day because all we heard at the pool was EDM music. There was no variety and when we asked if they could put reggeaton or something else, the staff said they can't because it has curse words. I am more than sure that there is clean version of songs and not all reggeaton is curse words. There is salsa, cumbia, merengue, R & B and you can't make a playlist to entertain your guests? It seemed pretty biased.

Okay there is many things we did not like on our stay. First of all, the SPORTS BAR and the kid's recreation room are CLOSED. The staff just said they were doing renovation but we were not aware of this so please give the resort a call before booking so you know what amenities are working. Second, there is a clear division between guests and "INFINITY CLUB MEMBERS". When you first arrive, there is going to be a host who is going to sit you down and explain everything about the resort but they are also going to fish you in to attend a "presentation" by the infinity club for a coupon to Xplor or Xcaret. Please for the love of God, save yourself time and do not attend. They are just trying to make you invest into this infinity membership, promising you stuff (all while they say there is not commitment and that it is fine to say no). Which is a clear lie because we got harassed by one of their members, DIEGO, who insulted my family and I when we told him we made our decision to not invest. He was unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. He made a smart remark to my dad saying if he really is from Canada or if he just bought a Canada leaf hat to make it seem like he is from here. He also asked why were we there and that it was a waste for us to be there since we were not investing, that it was like "getting married but saying no at the altar" and that we were lucky we were not attending a presentation somewhere else; otherwise, the consequences would be worse. We were left with a bitter taste in our mouths. Also, not all the liquor is included, higher liquor is ONLY FOR INFINITY MEMBERS. Which is the most ridiculous thing I've heard at a resort. You can't even get baileys because you are not an infinity member. The food is okay, felt very repetitive some days and they need a bigger variety for pastas. They also need more staff watching people at the pool since a kid puked in the pool and no one seemed to notice or ask for clean...

Hotel staff was Terrific! Air conditioning in rooms not the best,needs attention! Beer is flat,needs co2.Spa looks great but steam room not working and dry sauna needs to be hotter!
