The location was great, very central not particularly noisy. Breakfast was the same each day but the selection was very very good. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The air con was nice and quiet and worked like a dream during the very warm nights. The beds were very comfortable. I like the fact that this hotel is now adult only. I wasnt when I originally booked it.
I could not fault this hotel at all, I would recommend it to friends

Fantastic sea and beach view room . Very clean and comfortable even a fridge in room . Breakfast was lovely too . Absolute value for money lots of lovely restaurants around and shops 5 mins walk

Paid £67.00 for a balcony which we could not sit on together, room was small, lift was a waste of time all too small !! Attitude problems!! Would never advise anyone to stay there!

Kitro hotel has an excellent location right next to the cities nicest downtown beach. Most rooms feature a small balcony to the bay, which is nice.
This could be a nice hotel if it had decent bathrooms, which it hasn‘t. Bath is very, very small, i have never seen such a small shower before, about 60/60 cm. Also the bathroom has a (frosted) glass door, which i hate, especially when the WC is directly behind it. I would look for a different place next time.

Very nice staff, no claim tough our key plate broke after falling from the desk.
Location extremly nice right at a beach, you can almost jump in from the lobby. Breakfast is also served there, very beautiful scenery.
Breakfast variety and options could have been better, but the view made up for this.
Room was rather small. AC blew right at one side of the bed which made conditioning the air a task if you did not want to tuck into blankets at 30° outside.
Bathroom cleanliness was a mere ok.

comfortable bed, super clean small room and the LOVELIEST staff!! enjoyed being there.
for the price - breakfast was superb too with a view to the bay and sea
the bathroom doors are made from glass and in case balcony doors are open - you will be exposed to your loved one.

The room was very quiet and they updated our room without asking. Breakfast was exellent. Situation gteat.

LOVELY room. We were moved (without requesting) from a sea view to a BEACH, SEA & VILLAGE VIEW WHICH WAS STUNNING. Excellent breakfast which was enjoyed outside next to the beach/sea. The LOCATION was SUPERB!
The balcony floor was very dusty, we didn’t mind BUT the dust was brought into the bedroom when we came back in.
