Saraya Al Deafah Hotel

★★★★★ Best experience with my family in Makkah! We had an amazing stay at this hotel with my family. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes to Al-Haram and there are so many shops and restaurants around, very convenient. The hotel also has an onsite restaurant which was excellent. We were travelling with small kids and the housekeeping team was outstanding - they looked after us so well and helped us with everything we needed. Very clean, very helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel for families. Will definitely stay again InshaAllah.

Closer to Haram Clean and tidy Excellent service

Clean spacious with parking. Staff was supportive. If you can walk around up to 1Km just to reach King Abdullah Expansion in Haram then its ideal for the price. All the food around is cheaper compared to Clock tower.

Don't take bus to Haram as it save hardly 300m and waste too much time waiting.

Spacious room and comfy bed

Shower is not working, we called the staff twice no one fix it, One maintenance guy came but he didnt fix it too
