Прекрасне розташування; завжди є, чим зайнятися, як дітям, так і дорослим; будиночок просто любов; дуже охайна територія, одне задоволення бути на вулиці.

Наш будиночок знаходився біля парковки квадроциклів (1 вікно виходило на неї зі спальні), часто шумно і буває неприємний запах бензину та вихлопних газів. Я б радила перенести парковку, так як будиночки найдорожчі цього типу, а така незручність.

The door and window furniture are need to be updated; lack of special places for changing diapers outside the hotel room.

Me and my family liked the hotel a lot. The options for the breakfast were great - everybody could choose what they liked and as much as they liked. For dinner we also went to the local restaurant, and the food was very good as well. The first evening we waited for our dinner for some decent time, and then later we just ordered during the day and indicated the time in the evening when we wanted to have it (some tip for you), and then all was in time. Swimming pool and sauna were also nice and not too crowded since people have to sign up for the specific time slot. I would only make a ladder to the swimming pool more stable. Now when you are on it - it is very shaky and it feels it can break any moment. It was very convenient to have the spot where you could drink mineral water. I also very much liked the doctor (she said she was new in TAOR), who was very friendly and gave a good advice. The whole area of the hotel is also very nice - surrounded by nature, next to the river. The air was fresh and the mountain view from our house was just wonderful. In general I would recommend this hotel to people who want to relax, enjoy nature, good food and be on your own.

Yes, the last several kilometres to the hotel are not very nice to drive. The road is in the making, so hopefully later this year the situation will improve. The cleaning ladies came to early to my understanding and there was one day that they did not come later, because we were still in the house when they came and we asked them to come later... Maybe it was just some misunderstanding. We did not really like the carpet in the house. For people with allergies it is not very nice, plus it gets dirty very easy. It would be much nicer to have some wooden floor that is easy to clean. It would be also nice to have more signs in the English language in the hotel area. Maybe the hotel is not targeting foreign tourists yet, but still it would be nice to have the signs - just in case such tourists come. At first I really liked the aroma that the reception had, but later, after I sat there for some time - it felt quite intense. It feels like you can get sick from it if you are in that area the whole day... Maybe it is better to put less perfumes there (again - also for people with allergies who come).

Amazing location (magical woods around you 24/7), gently complimented by everything you may need (shower at the river beach? Someone pinch me, please!) Lovely people trying to foresee your wishes, delicious food and special thanks to everyone at the restaurant - you guys are my superheroes, very careful and welcoming, 3 times per day ❤️ We had a lot of fun with 3 yo toddler, made new friends and spent lovely time overall. Origami hand made thing from kids house reminds me I was not dreaming. Kudos to Oksana, animator there. She loves her job and it only made it all better. Nice surprise for my B-Day kid, thanks a lot Taor and hope to visit you again!

We had a/c in the room, but those who didn’t complained a little (I mean, it’s August 🤷‍♀️)

Children's house and facilities for kids are great + animators Oksana and Markiyan were very very helpful with kids, keeping them entertained and occupied. Very helpful and friendly people at Spa reception, restaurant and grill bar, everywhere basically :)
