Hotel & Spa Tino Sveti Stefan

Everything. Hotel staff were very kind and professional. The food was very tasty and various. The facilities was very good. The both of polls (indoor/outdoor)were with slated wather and temperature 31° when temperature outside was 23°. Spa centar excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. I recommend this hotel, it worth it.

We stayed here with a friend for 6 nights. We were supposed to have a room with a forest view on back side, but when we arrived, we were given a room with a beautiful lake view at no extra charge, pleasant surprise. Just sitting on the balcony and watching the view was an experience itself..Also location is also good, the day we visited Ohrid we walked there around the lake shore, nice and relaxing walk.. We also used the wellness facilities and everything was great and very clean. We had half board, and both, breakfast and dinner were excellent. There was a wide choice of main dishes, fresh vegetable salads, roasted vegetables, fresh fruit, cereals, and plenty of options for those with a sweet tooth..I think everyone can find something they like. I also had á la carte meals twice, and the foot was great too.\ | would especially like to thank the staff, from the receptionists and waiters/waitresses to the kitchen staff.. I remember the names of two waiters, Dragan, who kindly called a non english speaking taxi driver for us to the airport and Toni who we became friends with.Thanks also to the other ones and three girls whose names, unfortunately I don't know.. At reception, many thanks to Daniela, then other girl/ I don't know name/ and especially BIG THANKS to the wonderful Suna, who was extremely kind and always willing to help. { She spent half and hour helping me prepare and print my flight confirrmation..} interested how we are, how was the day, simply great !! And she always had a smile on her face.. A little cherry on top was that we could choose a free drink for leaving a review on Booking.com, first time I had ever experienced something like that.. Once again, thank you to all the staff, it was a perfect stay. I would be very happy to come back here again..

The reception staff was very nice. They were lovely, professional and kind.

The hotel is old and renovated but does not reflect the actual price per night. Plastic toilet seats, plastic bins, plastic spoons in the room. Seems outdated and overpriced. The quality of internet not consistent.
